I have always have a great experience in this store. The staff is so informative and polite. Jaden is an associate that can be counted on for extraordinary service, I only enjoy working with him particularly. He got my red nespresso machine for me and I love it!

Extremely poor customer service. They charged me twice for a purchase (which by the way the sent me home with a coffee maker that had been returned and only had certain parts requiring me to go back to the store) and I worked for 2-3 months trying to get a refund. The store employee's stopped working on it or calling me back. I then had to work with my credit card company to file a complaint and refund since they were unable to handle the issue. Nice things, nice company in general, bad store and management. sorry, first ever negative review of anything on the internet. But so frustrating....

Found the perfect gift for my daughter in law. They delivered it to my car when I finished shopping so I wouldn't have to carry it. Everyone was fun, professional and helpful. Great job guys
