I purchased a few item for my wife for Christmas at the Glen Mills location and the clerk who rang me out emailed the sales receipt directly to my wife and spoiled a big Christmas surprise!!! Not an ounce of compassion either. We’ve spent a fortune in this store over the years but after yesterday that’s enough for me. Never going back. WS here’s a thought, instead of automatically emailing a receipt to whatever email you have on file why don’t you train your staff to ask if the customer would prefer a paper receipt or email one as well and confirm the email address before sending. THANKS FOR SPOILING THE SURPRISE!!!!!!

THE BEST customer service! I bought my wife a high end cutlery set as a xmas present. The customer service associate was extremely courteous, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. The manager personally took the time to gift wrap my purchase. Highly recommend this location and their wonderful staff!
