I have used Wilshire Fireplace for three houses (work on 8 fireplaces and one chimney) over the past 5 years. They have been professional throughout and I would used them again.

I am shocked this place is still in business. The owner is incredibly rude and has no understanding of customer service. I would recommend taking your business anywhere else if you care about your customer experience.

The lady talked to us like we are elementary school kids. They don’t even provide installation services and she told me to check out the manufactures websites to learn about the specification and installation manuals by myself. One of the worst customer services in my life.
