I can’t get any response from WILSHIRE wigs…I’ve spent days trying to get a refund for 2 wigs that are not as described in color photos. I had excellent results until this past 3 months- the company is going down HILL - absolutely no communication…beware.

I ordered a wig several weeks ago and never received it. Have left numerous messages but have not received a response. I am currently out the money I spent and no wig. Simply want a response with an update. Very disappointed with customer service.

I've ordered several wigs over the years but something has happened to this business this past year. I ordered a wig a month and a half ago and I was charged for it but the website reads processing. I never got it. I emailed and asked for a refund but no response. I have ordered another one a month later and the color was not me. I returned it but still haven't gotten refunded. I ordered another one that I know I love but it's still processing also and it's been 2 weeks. I buy from wilshire because they have sales but I'm at the end of my patience with them now. I'll purchase elsewhere and pay more for good service.
