Penny is amazing. I could not have had a better experience from start to finish. Her real estate acumen, business savvy, knowledge and expertise are second to none, and complemented by her ethics, character and wonderful personality. A lot of changes in my personal life precipitated the need to sell my upscale rural property in a challenging market. Is very knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient Realtor. Every thing went smoothly with the selling and buying at same time. I had a vacation booked so I went, even though the sale was still in process. I felt very confident with her I ask if she could take care of things while I was on vacation. She was glad to help. She was so personable we became friends.
