This place has gotten worse. If that is possible? The inept clerk MARIA decided she was going to attack me as I came in to do laundry. If someone is coming in to do laundry you should think to oneself that they are a GUEST!!! She was incensed with my service animal (which I always carry in a pouch) she insisted on knowing if I took my ANIMAL into one of their rooms! I told inept MARIA, he is my service animal! I have my NITROGLYCERIN I carry with me at all times for my heart!

Let's talk about the existing animal urin stains and smells already in room 15! Not to mention how badly these places are! Cigarette burns everywhere! Same carpets that were here in 2010! Please watch for a letter from the ADA! Your very rude rude clerk MARIA needs to find another job when she isn't working with the public!!! Please Please tear down and rebuild! I will follow my complaint with RCI and Wyndham resorts! You do not belong in customer service or any business from the looks and smells of this place!!!

My brother in law and sister invited one of my other sisters and myself to join them, as the condo slept four. They had planned to do Volks Walks all aroudn the area, but a coupel months before my brother in law had knee surgery, so we ended up doing a lot fewer walks than first planned.=, which meant we spent a lot more time int he condo.

First of all whenyou look at pictures of the condo online, be aware that the fireplaces are only in two bedroom condos. Considerign the rain of the area, we had looked forward to there beign a fireplace and our one bedroom unit had none.

Also virtually all of the furniture was not comfortable to sit in for more than just a few minutes. The sofa bed also was nto all that comfortable to sleep on. By the end of hte week, my sister's lower back was really hurting her.

On the brighter side, the kitchen is pretty well equipped with dishes and cookware, and if you need a pan that isnt' there you can go to the office and they have more cookware which you can "check out" like in a library, which you just need to return to the office before check out. They also have a lot of DVDs which you can check out, but who wants to spend vacations inside watchign movies that you can see at home? I guess it might be good for when it rains, which it does a lot in the area, but we brought Scrabble, Uno and other games to pass the rainy weather time, as that was a better way to spend time visiting and talking than all just sitting watching movies.

Oh yeah, there is no elevator, but he building is 3 stories. If you have problems with stairs, ask for a lower floor, but of course then you wil have to deal with noises of neighbors above and on both sides of you. There is a dub waiter for luggage, but that is it.
