Jana and her team have given me the best service! They helped get the place repaired and looking nice for marketing. They screened tenants so a nice family moved in. When a tree fell onto the roof (on a Sunday), they responded immediately, getting the repairs done quickly and for a decent price. Landlord tenant laws are complicated and frequently change, so I’m happy to have a pro manage my rentals and deposit a check into my account every month.

The gasket in the sink where it connects to the drain pipe was leaking a lot over the Thanksgiving weekend. This was only on one side of the double sink and we reported it over the weekend.
On Monday at 10:00am the repair man came with the correct part and was only here for 15 minutes to fix it.

I lived in an apartment building managed by Wise Move Property Management and it was the best experience. The staff has always been great with any issues that came up and go above and beyond to help their tenants. Highly recommend!
