This is the first review I have written for anything at all in 5 years but these folks compelled me to do it. Sure they have fantastic, durable products, but honestly, it’s their friendliness and customer service that is most remarkable. When their product doesn’t live up to their expectations or your satisfaction, they make it right without any questions or hesitations. They are not selling cheap products, hoping they will break so you can buy more. They want you happy for the life of their products and generously fix things that actually extend the life of the product. Don’t hesitate, buy their products now!

We use the wonder walker and service leash for our pup. The front clip on the wonder walker helps so much with pulling and the service leash is perfect for walking our pup in areas that we need to keep him close. The products are great quality and they even make repairs if your dog happens to be a chewer. I had questions when I was ordering online, I called the office and received amazing customer service.
