Out of the 4 inspectors I’ve gone with over the last year, Brennan went far above and beyond. Not only was he diligent in his report and findings, but he was extremely communicative in the weeks following the inspection. He helped address many questions I had with the home, the report and potential solutions. I highly recommend Brennan!

Brennan was referred to us by our realtor and came out on a weekend day to do a walk through & inspection for us. For being a weekend day he was still calm and thorough in his work. He walked us through everything he saw and was efficient in his work process. 10/10 will call him again for any inspection needs - and if you’re in the market call this guy up!
