I’ve been a patient at Wow Smiles Pittsburg for a little more than 3 years, overall I’ve had great experience with my orthodontist journey. When I first started my treatment the coordinator who helped me was extremely helpful and kind. I had no insurance but that’s no issue my monthly payment was fairly low. As for the treatment itself it has been smooth and pretty straight forward (as to following food restrictions, elastics, and hygiene) the dental assistants are always kind and professional. Dr. Caesar is very clear and professional and cares for his patients. He always asks about concerns and clarifies questions/concerns that you may have. I cannot wait until my treatment is over (which is within this month). My smile looks great and I’m really happy with how well my bite has lowered (over bite). 10 out of 10. WEAR YOUR ELASTICS & GET A WATERPIK!!!
There truly is a reason why “WOW”is in their name! Very nice office, beautiful staff, welcoming, and overall the best experience I have ever had at a dentist for my child.
I'm changing my review cause of the results that my daughter got after all those 4 years are unacceptable. After I went to consulting with others orthodontist from Bay area. They concluded that wow smile did a wrong treatment on my daughter. Now she needs to have another Ortho treatment and of course No with this clinic! They are Unprofessional, unethical, do not come here. Safe your money. Horrible results. Huh I need to put one start because doesn't let me to put less that that... You have ⛔
