I was very pleased with Alex for coming out to fix Maytag refrigerator. He was on time and very helpful.

Definitely 5 stars here. Came home to defrosted refrigerator. Alex was the man who repaired it that same day.

Scheduled an appointment from 3-7pm to fix refrigerator. Followed up to see about the technician and was told he first early. They said they tried to reach me but I didn’t answer and they didn’t leave a message. So now they want me to wait an additional 3 days before they could send another technician. Correct me if I am wrong... I am home and ready for the scheduled time and they are the ones to not show I think it is their responsibility to get me in the next day due there unprofessionalism.
