Was excited to purchase my equinox at this dealership, they claimed they had someone check the car and it had no structure damage. Come to find out I needed a whole new rear suspension, Claimed to fix it on their dime. Never did. Nor did they even align it.
They put a lien holder on my title even though I don’t have a lien against the car. Called them and they never even fixed it.
I will never deal with them again.
Update: the battery the supposedly were going to replace, never happened. 8 months into owning this car and I’m having g shell out MORE MONEY. Because all they did was charge the original battery, not replace it. Still having alignment issues as well due to them not fixing the rear suspension. SCAMMERS AND LIARS. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE OEILLE
