Absolutely horrible Property Management. I have been dealing with the same nuisance neighbor for over 2 years And have filed over 18 complaints With this property management company And still zero resolution. Please report this company if you are Having any problems with them. It is a s* Company.

Please believe the negative comments about this company. A key component of the property management business is to communicate with your clients and have outstanding customer service. This company fails to do the basics. If you need to information regarding your property that is managed by this company, be ready to send countless emails and voicemails. Simple things are never easy with these folks.

Benisha is awesome! We needed a place to rent within the week and also needed something through the following school year. While there wasn’t one place that fit the bill because we were so late to the game, Benisha got really creative and solved for both! We have a great place lined up now and another one for the school year. The process was super fast and easy and she was a pleasure to work with. She absolutely went above and beyond and I would highly recommend!
