This cab company is absolute GARBAGE. The dispatch always says it'll be "10 to 15 minutes", but it's invariably 45 minutes MINIMUM to more than an hour. When you call and ask where the cab is and try to get an update they say "2 to 3 minutes out", when in reality, it's nowhere near you. Today's experience included an hour wait when told 10 minutes, and when I called back after 20, they said "2 to 3 minutes out". Meanwhile, the driver called me and said he's still 40 minutes away.

And to top off the long wait and poor information, they cannot accept cards of any kind in most of their cabs. Who has cash in 2023?!?!

Lastly, when the cabs do show up, they always are filthy. Just go with a different cab company.
