I called and waited almost 2 hours and was told to pay a 40 dollar deposit when they finally came..All I wanted to go was from 34th street to downtown run in out(5min) then go to 24th street and I would be done. It usually around 11-15 dollars every time. Sometime the meter isn’t even turned on and I pay way more. I’m sorry this use to be my go to taxi, but I got ripped off one to many times for me to keep coming back. If things change I’ll change my review.

Do not use this company!!! This place is a joke! Called the night before and setup a time to pick up and no one ever came. When I called they said they did not have me down and it would take 20-30 minutes to pick me up. When you had planned to get to the airport in a specific time, 30 minutes is the difference of making your plane or not. Shame on you, Discount Taxi!!!

THEY SAID 15 MIN AND AFTER 40 I VALLED BACK AND ASKES IF THEY WERE ATILL COMING AND THEY TOLD ME IF I DONT LIKE IT CALL ANOTHER SERVICE. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL DONT CALL THEM THERE ARE PLENTY OTHER TAXIS THAT ACTUALLY SAY AND DO WHAT THEY SAY.
