This is a wonderful yoga studio! The teachers are excellent & caring! Anneliese creates a tranquil, peaceful atmosphere bringing candles to her class! Love it here!

Owner, Stacy, is amazing! All the instructors are compassionate, knowledgeable and fabulous! Great place to build new and cultivate great friendships. Definitely recommend!

I️ cannot tell you how much I️ absolutely love this place. The instructors are professional and totally passionate about their practice and it shows! The studio itself is a beautiful, peaceful place, and though I’m not a member, I️ feel very welcomed every time I️ come in. If I️ didn’t live so far away I️ would definitely join! Thank you so much for the beautiful addition to Arlington!
