I got a flat tire and my insurance sent Z Towing. Towing guy called me multiple times to say he was running late because of traffic. The time estimate was already long but I still waited 45 extra minutes after the estimate to call my insurance to ask for a time estimate… apparently, the towing service told my insurance they arrived on scene but needed a tow truck so they would not be able to provide an estimate. Inconsiderate liars, absolutely horrible customer service. Now, I’m here waiting two more hours on a hot day in my car.
