Worst Zara store. None of the smart features work like store mode in the app, fitting room reservation. You can't even try items in the store, you buy it and try at home and bring it back. You wait for hours in line and they could tell you it's a final sale and you can't try it as no fitting rooms ever opened, so then you just go back empty handed. If you get something shipped to the store for pick up, they don't like to give you a bag unless you ask multiple times. They still advertise at the store to use store mode, reserve fitting room but none of the features work at this store. They have really short staff and the store is so messy, like items are thrown all over the place, on the floor, or all the items are mixed and piled over each other. The staff is friendly though.

I love this store. I come from Portland just to shop here because I can find everything and more that I want. They have a really good selection for men.

My daughter and I visited the Seattle store for the first time. We had a great experience, until it was time to try on the clothes. We did have a large pile of clothes. The dressing attendants were not very helpful. And when I asked if they could hold these clothes we wanted to buy so we could shop more. They said no. It’s against our policy. So we left. Another example of how customer service is dead.
