Went to this store right before the holidays to purchase knives. They have a great selection, clean and organized. The service was excellent, friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

This one is certainly the best among all the Zwilling outlet stores we have been to throughout northern Cal and southern Cal. It is my go to store for Demeyere and Zwilling products. Their prices and inventories are better and the sales lady Laura and store manager Khalid both are super helpful. We are 2 hours away from the store but they alway helped us to locate the pans we wanted and held for us. We wanted to buy 11 inch fry pan, but ended up buying totally 4 pans from them. It’s always a pleasant to visit their store, we love both the products and the people running that store.

I'm going to edit a review I gave as I've taken responsibility for my side of things. I had difficulty with a knife they sold me cutting sushi but I worked with it. I sharpened it on the back of a ceramic plate and do so before every use and I can get it to work on sushi. I know sales isn't the easiest thing and I really just wanted a knife that worked.
