We really appreciated the professionalism of Gavin. Our Washing machine was making a lot of noise as it was washing especially on the spin cycle. Gavin came within a half hour of calling him. He took a look at the machine and it was the mechanism underneath that controls the movement of the agitator and drum. He said that it would be at least $300 dollars for the part plus labor and that it would be better to get a new washer. He was not even going to charge us for the service call. We gave him $50 for his time and trouble. We will Use Gavin again for any appliance repair that may be required.

Our dryer wasn't turning on so I called 1 Man Appliance and they answered on a Sunday!! We set up the appointment for the following morning. Gavan arrived on time (2 hour window) and was very professional. He quickly fixed our dryer for a very reasonable price. He saved us from having to buy a new dryer. It definitely was worth it and I highly recommend this company.

This review is long overdue, my apologies Gavan. I’m big on sending my business to local technicians. When I found Gavan I found a true professional. We needed a dryer repaired. I had called 3 other outfits and was appalled at their service prices, sight unseen. The whole experience with Gavin was way above average. He. Evaluated the problem and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He ordered the necessary part and returned quickly once it arrived. When the job was done he didn’t even charge me for the installation. What a guy!! I highly recommend using Gavan for any and all appliance repairs.
