A-1 takes customer service seriously! My sales experience was terrific, and when there was a warranty issue (6 months later) with my new range they were the outstanding in their resolution of the problem. Can't recommend high enough! Pete was excellent and well as the owner Brian. First Rate!

Beat the prices at Home Depot (altho I refuse to shop there), Lowe's and RCWiley. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Delivery on time and as promised. Update: I was promised that after my new fridge was placed in service, A-1 would return to my home to remove/discard or move my old fridge. It seemed too good to be true and so I confirmed at the time. When I called to arrange this, I left several voicemail messages which were left unanswered. When I finally spoke to the salesman I was told my residence was too far away, that this promise wasn’t made, and they would not be moving my old fridge. So I guess I’m a liar? I purchased over $10,000 worth of appliances and will take my business elsewhere next time.

We ordered 6 appliances from A-1. Their service was excellent and we love the appliances. Our only complaint is that there were two small glitches on the install that caused a short delay and the communication between A-1 and their installer was not smooth.
