I intended to write a review way back when first bought a Maxx Hot tub from Glen. He stands behind his products; anytime I have had a question or concern he has not only willing to call me within hours of my request, but has also was available to come out in order to make sure we were satisfied. We had an issue several months after we had bought the tub and they needed to make "a service call." In any business (including mine) sometimes something may come loose in delivery or there may be a problem of some sort. They not only came out quickly, they were willing to service the problem after hours. I spent a great deal of time looking around and customer service is vitally important to me. We are extremely happy with what we purchased and highly recommend "The Hot Tub Place". Glen patiently worked with us making sure we got a system that met our needs. Even though we custom ordered an extra motor for a stronger intense massage… we were able to save by not overdoing it on other items we did not need. While other Tub Companies were ready to escort us into expensive tubs... Glen encouraged us to purchase something that was more practical. We are exceedingly glad we chose this Company and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. We have had this Tub for several years now and it has not been a lot of work to keep it maintained.
