This was a terrible experience. The office members attempt to be nice yet they have to clear everything with the owner Aaron. He is inconsistent and the staff doesn’t know all of the “rules”. The answers I received would be inconsistent. Annual inspections are only completed if requested. The Inspector doesn’t take photos of the properties original stare so there is no report in repairs that are required. Also renewal of the lease would need to be requested. The tenants do not get their phone calls returned and repairs take forever. The repairs are not discussed with the owner. Our property’s air conditioner was 21 years old, they decided to attempt to do a fix that was close to 300$ and failed. We then were left with an air conditioner that needed to be replaced along with an additional 300$ expense. The fence was rotted and falling down. Our neighbors notified us and mentioned that the tenants had be calling without any assistance. I would not recommend using this management company.

I’ve been at the Mariner estates since 2016.. I love it here. Any time there’s an opening I try to refer people here. We have a great community.. I love my neighbors! We all look out for one another here. Joann, Nicole and Seth are always my saviors.. wonderful place to raise my kids.

We are mostly satisfied but they lack in communication skills in regards to service issues.
The office staff at A Meadows are nice enough and seem genuine but perhaps a follow up call after requesting someone to come out would be good.
Also, we are not happy with the gardeners they use!
