Luis Santizo did the home inspection for our home purchase, and he went above and beyond for us. He did a thorough inspection and also went out of his way to help when an unexpected issue arose. He didn’t have to, but he leapt into action to help us out. He said, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of correction. He also turned around the home inspection report the same day.
