Wow!!! I am actually an attorney that spends a lot of my time critiquing the thoroughness and reasonableness of appraisals. When I needed an appraisal done for a potential purchase in Pasadena myself, I found Gary. Not only did Gary come out to the property and appraise it that same day, he also hand-delivered an immaculately thorough appraisal report to me just two days later. My siblings, father and I needed a retrospective drive by appraisal for tax purposes because we sold the house after my mother passed in 2017. Gary is very knowledgeable and patiently spoke to me extensively on the phone about how this all works and what to expect. He completed the report within a short amount of time and it was very thorough. When dealing with these stressful affairs, you always hope to come across a professional who has this sort of kind and skillful demeanor. Thank you Gary! I asked Gary to give us an appraisal for purpose of establishing value of our house for parent child exemption. He responded quickly. He was professional, polite, careful, and considerate as he went about he business of measuring all the rooms and taking photos of the outside and inside of the house. Before sending the appraisal to us, he took time to call and explain a few details in it. His explanation was helpful. The appraisal was thorough. I don't see how he could have done a better job. I give him five stars.
