Really bad experience I did order my refrigerator part and was the wrong part and went I call back I was told that was a final sale no refunds and also that I should sent a picture of my old part but no one ask me for that!!? So I loos all my money( and the part wasn't cheap!!) Ending keeping a part that I got not used for it and they were trying to sell me a second part after they find out what part do I really need, 🤔 so overall bad customer service and bad way to conduct business!! Definitely never going back and I won't refer anyone to do business there..

Mario repaired our wall oven. He was very professional and was more than happy to share details about what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. He was also very responsive and understanding when I called him multiple times to inquire about a part that was sent away to be repaired. He did a stellar job!

Quoted me 800 to repair my dishwasher. The part cost me $31 and the repair took me 3 minutes. Rip off
