Where to start, great customer service when you can get ahold of someone… took 2.5 weeks to replace the fridge we had bought from them 3 weeks prior, it was leaking the entire time, was told someone would contact me with what they were going to do (fix it/replace it), got a phone call 6:30pm Saturday night telling us they were 35 minutes away… so we hustled to get it emptied… the delivery guys were wonderful, the sales guy we originally dealt with was also great, that’s why I gave 3 stars, TBH I understood buying used could result in a replacement, but they definitely need to have better communication, it’s been frustrating to say the least…finger’s crossed this one will work for a bit. They offer a good warranty so that’s also good.

Bought a dented fridge and saved 40% over new for a ding.. worth it. Fridges are so damn expensive. I'd give them 5 stars but no prices to be found and very few workers. Price was fair enough and they do have delivery!

I called Appliance Recycling Outlet because they advertised pickup of old appliances curbside. I paid for the service over the phone and arranged for pick up the next day. They did not pick up my Appliance. They did not call with an explanation. They still have my money though. This business is linked on the Snohomish County website. I will try to have them removed
