We purchased our spa from Ervin Richards at the Aqua Living Store in Beaverton, OR. Ervin was so helpful in assisting us to choose the spa that would suit us best. And he didn't stop there, he has cheerfully answered any question we encountered in using our wonderful new spa. Purchase, delivery, and after purchase service have all been exceptional. We highly recommend Ervin and Aqua Living Stores!

We were so happy working with Ervin at the Beaverton, Oregon store. We are quite picky with our spa demands - we have returned the last two (other places). We got the 1 person Hudson Bay spa and have been very happy with it. Spa was erroneously delivered to the store instead of to us (because there was going to be an extra charge to get it to my house) and Ervin made sure it was delivered to our house at no charge 2 days later. Price beat everyone else and Ervin was honest about all that we would get or wouldn’t get for the money. We hooked the spa up to 220 and Ervin was knowledgeable with exactly what we needed to do. He is extremely willing to continue helping up with our questions and spa needs. Spa was delivered ahead of the estimated date and AquaLiving kept us apprised if the build schedule all the way. I would highly recommend.
