I had a great experience with my first time hot tub purchase at Aqua Quip. Tiah helped us. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. She was able to find me the perfect sized hot tub for my needs and fit my outdoor patio. The delivery was quick and the gentelmen that delivered it were super friendly. They put the hot tub exactly where I wanted it and installed the arm/cover. I would definitely recommend Tiah and her team for anyone looking for their next, or first, hot tub!

I had an exceptional experience with Tiah, who helped me diagnose an issue with my Sundance hot tub. She went out of the way to Face Time me, patiently walked me through troubleshooting steps, and explained how to improve my hot tub’s performance. Her knowledge, patience, understanding, and courteous demeanor made all the difference. Highly recommend her for outstanding customer service!

Highly recommend for new pool owners! Cierra provide incredible customer service and didn't try to over sell me. I called over the phone and she warmly greeted me and helped me through finding the right replacement pump. When I came in for pick up I requested advice on pool chemicals. She recommend I take home a bottle to take a sample for in store testing instead of trying to sell me everything at once. When I came back to have the water tested, I shared which chemicals the previous pool
Owners left and she only advised me to buy what I needed. Thank you for the great service!
