even tho they knew i need help and I asked the person that they assigned to me gave me a letter that she would not accept me for course. not only she didn’t accept me. she said my emergency is not her emergency, like total disconnected, I was asking for help and she had zero sympathy!

They didn't do proper intake therebye screwing up our return and causing over $1000 shortage on refund. Now they want me to fix their mistake.

I usually come to this office since I arrived here in Canada year 2018, from then on they never failed me to give an excellent service. From front desk to whoever officer I needed an advice. I really appreciate it. I feel bad to those people who comes here and didn't felt same as I do or dismayed with the service they received. But as for me, this office serves a big part in the community. Thank you Archway.
