Contacted Judah roughly two weeks before my father passed away. On my call with Judah he clearly explained the service that I had chosen for my father and what to do prepare in the event of father’s passing. I also had home hospice care for my father and Judah explained the necessary steps to take so that in the event of my father’s passing there wouldn’t be a delay.
Aside from their compassion,both Judah and Maria spent time listening to my questions. Maria and Judah are available to answer your questions or concerns that you may have whether by text or phone.An example, I wanted to know the day my father would be cremated so that my relatives in India would be able to do a prayer ceremony which was important to my family. I briefly mentioned it to both Maria and Judah, since then Maria kept me updated via text or a phone call till the day my father was cremated.
Price , I’ll touch on briefly as there is no other competition for the level of service that both Maria and Judah offer to bereaved family members. The price they say is the price that it is, no other extraneous charges.When I went to their office in Torrance to pick up my father’s ashes I even told both of them that they should raise their prices to be more competitive with the market.
I’m very happy that they are the Southbay area, I told my wife that I would wholeheartedly recommend them to any friends or family members who reside in Los Angeles/Orange County area.
Maria and Judah, I am truly grateful to both of you in helping me get through a difficult part in life with the loss of a loved one.
