I have lived now under the management of Arroyo for 3-4 months in Pasadena and I can assure you it's the worst property manger I have ever dealt with in over 20 years of renting places. Have fun her name is Leigh, she has no respect for her tenants, bulldogs her way around the property, essentially nothing but a school yard bully.

Arroyo and Leigh are the best. I normally find landlords to be distant. They usually come off as only wanting your money and to drag their feet on getting things fixed. Not Arroyo Property Management. Super nice, down to earth and helpful.
