Meh. Been shopping this shop for years. My son and I had a crappy visit when we had to call out someone for being straight forward dishonest with us. That was the beginning of the sad trend we have encountered over time. Recently, I went in for some accessories. The associate quickly found the product I needed and handed me off to a kiosk to make payment. When I asked about the discounts that I’m eligible for, he stated that the machine would determine that. I had my reservations when I was being handed off to computer and not a human. I didn’t get my discount kiosk though I am currently eligible for. Since the associate was kind of a very brief in our encounter, he was not busy at all walked away instead waiting for the next person coming in the door. It was that moment after being a customer for some 20+ years with AT&T wireless, that it is about time to reconsider and research other options for communications. I’ve been in the business in the industry as well for a few years when Cellular was ramping up in the 90s. Today’s generation of associates are very disappointing. I will be making most of my purchases online without any human interaction until I make any new consideration's changing providers. Don’t get me started about the costs of having AT&T wireless. Just plain sad how today’s AT&T has become.
