We had the WORST experience with AutoNation Valencia’s service department. We dropped off our Truck on Monday for a recall that we were told would take an hour. On Wednesday we still hadn’t heard from them. I left multiple messages with the service manager trying to get an update and never received a call back. I was told he would get back to me within the hour. Finally called and asked to wait on hold and was then told our truck had been ready since Monday. We never received a call or message stating so. (They lied and said they did) I then asked Morgan the service advisor if they could lock the keys in the truck and leave the truck upfront so we could pick up after hours and she stated she would have it pulled up “right now.” We got there that evening to pick up our truck and it was still parked in the back lot without the keys. The sales manager tried to help us out but had no access to the service office where the keys were kept. We then drove home to get our spare keys drove back but at that time the lot had been closed. My Husband walked into the sales office and a gentleman in there was kind enough to allow us to pull the truck out from the back with the assistance of many workers due to it being blocked in. We now have to drive out there again to pick up the keys. Something that could’ve been avoided if she had followed through with her job.
