Terrible store, I won't be buying anything here again. I've spent a total of $20k at this store. First, they got the colors wrong, making me wait an extra month. Then, when the products were delivered to my home, I found multiple errors.

First, the shower heads. I requested the largest size, and the salesperson Anne assured me she had ordered 14-inch ones(confirmed twice), but what I actually received were 10-inch ones. Second, I asked for one wall arm and one 24-inch ceiling arm for shower heads , but I received two 10-inch ceiling arms. Third, I needed two basin pop-up buttons, but I only received one.

After discovering these errors, I called Anne, but she didn't answer the phone, and she didn't reply to my messages. I called the store, and they promised to get back to me this morning. I also sent an email to the store, but so far, I haven't received any response regarding resolving the issue.
