I want to be able to rate spa and leisure higher but with my most recent experience I cannot. Buying process was great! BUT my spa was not setup correctly which is leading to the pump shutting down and tripping an alarm. The light inside also does not work and has not since day 1 but to get these items fixed I'm being told I need to pay service charge. They were notified with a few months of delivery and they still will not fix without paying the fee. That is absolutely ridiculous, especially when I specifically asked during installation about one of the issues and was told to call them to come back if we had any issues. I
