Store personnel did a good job with social distancing but nothing keeps the customers from touching all the products. They have "try me" bottles everywhere so social distancing is really a moot point. They had someone at the front of the store passing out samples of a new scent. I would suggest asking customers to request samples and have store personnel assist with that. The store appeared to be very clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

I order online and usually pick up at this location. The workers are always so sassy and rude… this will be my last time using this location.

A few weeks ago I came into the store in search of a gift for a friend’s birthday. As soon as I stepped into the store, I was immediately greeted by an extremely kind and friendly worker, Amy. I was initially overwhelmed by the amount of scents and products the store offered thinking that I would have a lot of difficulty finding a good product, but Amy continued to help me, making me feel very comfortable and calmer about the situation. She asked me a lot of questions to help narrow down the best options for my gift, which I am very grateful for. Amy was super sweet and recommend me a few of her favorites, which I ended up purchasing in addition to my friend’s gift. She was also quick to let me know about all of the great deals the store was having that day, which allowed me to save a bit of money as well! I noticed Amy wearing a pin that said “Be kind” on it and must say that she truly reflects those values herself! She was one of the best and most helpful workers that I have ever experienced in any store, and I would gladly come back.
