Michael has been in extraordinary pleasure to work with! He has gone out of his way to make sure that the bikes we got were the right ones for us. Whenever we have a problem or need something repaired, he is so helpful. both knowledgeable, and reliable, I feel that my experience with this bike shop is the best! I am gratful to have such a wonderful bike shop so close to where I live.

I brought my bike in for a service. They quickly found out my frame was toast which they didn't charge me for. They then helped me build a new bike. They helped determine what was salvageable off my old bike and helped me get the parts needed to finish it with a new to me frame. My new bike is flawless and a blast to ride. Great customer service and very knowledgeable.

These guys are the best, I was on a bike tour with my son and Mike replaced a derailleur cable and fixed up a few more things while he was looking at the bike. Tops notch service and friendly attitude. I wish all shops could be like this.
