I rented a chainsaw from Birch. It was the first time I rented a power tool and they gave me the best customer service. Baxter was great, she was very knowledgeable and helpful during process. I had an issue with the chainsaw I rented, they sent an employee to my house to give me another one. Anytime I need to rent a heavy duty tool Birch has my business.

Best prices in town, huge selection, super friendly and local, and they had exactly what I needed to clear out my sewer line. What would have cost thousands for a same day plumbing service cost less than a hundred for me to deal with it myself. I'll never go anywhere else.

Needed to rent a lift for some charity work. Birch equipment had the equipment, held it for me and were helpful and efficient at getting me set-up and on my way. Same with the equipment return. My only complaint is that they include a (hefty) 'protection plan' fee that's mandatory and wasn't included in their quote.
