Excellent experience. They are in and out of the shop so it can take a day to get in touch , but its well worth the wait. Jr, Fernando and the rest of the crew are wonderful to work with. They are professional, punctual, honest and reliable. I was recommended by a friend who said she had a great experience- I'm so pleased I took her referral. At first they didnt have what I needed- gas instead of electric. They said they'd find one and to call back in a week - boom - one week later and it was there as promised. The unit I bought is gleaming,looks brand new, and was installed with amazing care. I will only refer this shop.

My husband and I were in need of a stove at a reasonable price. Dacia's customer service was amazing. She made this purchase as easy as possible by sending us pictures and accepting online payment. They even offered same day delivery for a small fee. Installment was quick. Junior even replaced our valve since it was outdated. We highly recommend this place and will be returning customers in the future.
