This is the first time I have done business with your company, and you have the best price I have found for the product I ordered, even with shipping costs. My online order was acknowledged very soon after placing my order on 12/18 at 12:23 CST. You sent a shipping notification at 12:53, only 30 minutes later! That's about as good as it gets; much faster than Amazon. You also indicated a USPS shipping time for arrival in three days to Tennessee . . . at the worst possible time of the year with Christmas four days later. Also have to give credit to the postal service for doing a great job.

Great experience buying a hot tub with Steve at California Hot Spas. We walked in his store Tuesday and our hot tub was installed Thursday of the same week. He is knowledgeable, honest, patient, efficient, and flexible. Anyone shopping for a hot tub should definitely hit Steve up.

Steve and his coworkers were great. We had previously owned a Cal Spa model, but decided to try to the Fresh Salt System Hot Springs Limelight Flash. It was a little more than we had budgeted for but Steve gave us a very fair price and we are so glad to have made this purchase. Steve communicated well throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions setting my mind at ease. No pushy salesman here. Steve and his two employee even delivered to us in Chico on A Saturday and hauled off our old spa for a reasonable price. If you are in Chico it is definitely worth the short drive to Live Oak to check these guys out. Great service, price, and quality line of hot tubs. This is a small town local business owner who is treating his customers right. Highly recommended!
