These guys can't cut a key to save their lives. I went three times, twice it was cut incorrectly, the other, the lady told me to go to a locksmith. I went to Home Depot right after, the worker cut it in 3 minutes, the key worked first time. Don't waste your time.

Pleasant shopping experience at the Grandview & Boundary location. Quite the selection of products throughout the entire store. Sales to be had and plenty of inventory on hand. Fairly clean and neatly organized.Several visits within the garden centre and indoor plants area have been quite impressive. Both areas were taken care of the staff. Had the pleasure of being assisted by a young lady whom I forgot her name who knew her stuff and provided great customer service. Definitely looking forward to my next visit. The only reason this wasn’t a 5/5 was the bottle neck situation around the self paying machines and lack of attendants. A till or two like before won’t hurt this shop. Just saying.

Had a pleasant experience at this location the other day. I came all the way from Cloverdale to find a sensor light in my garden. I had a tough time finding the item, so I asked this employee, Ali at the front where it was. He walked me to the aisle and showed me the product. He also rang the items through for me. I will come back to this location again.
