Hands down the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. It's my first time in Anaheim. The building I am moving into requires an account to get my keys to move in. APU keeps telling to email the lease, which I've done twice. Then I sit on hold for 30 - 40 minutes at a time to have some angry person on the line tell me to call back. Terrible.

Rude and poor customer service. Disrupted my electric bill online and never received a call back. Tracy is no help at all. Try to avoid speaking to her if help is needed.

Really expensive. I can’t wait to move out of Anaheim. They are ran like a mafia. Every time you think your caught up they send another outrageous charge. Anaheim utilities is trash.
