They are horrible at web. Design. You can’t get a copy of you bill sent nice they improved their system. Takes forever to get anyone on the phone. Why don’t they just mail you a bill.

We had a major water emergency here today involving fence install people for the neighbors destroying our valve box and main line by driving a heavy truck over it. Called Liberty emergency line about the issue and the tech literally put a replacement valve box on the ground next to the gaping hole without installing it. Multiple calls and guarantees someone would come today to handle the issue. Where are all our tax and service dollars going if they can't handle a simple and important request.

Not happy with this water company, I was told water is high, and now I believe it. My water bill has tripled for no reason. I live alone, and nothing has changed. My last month bill and almost all summer was in the 120.00. I paid on 9/23/21 $117.77. Now got new bill $345.24. Called and they can not explain. They sent out a guy to check the meter, and not as helpful as the lady one the phone. My bill has never been this high.
