After being completely ignored at a different store down the street, we came to my partner’s other favorite brand store. Natali has been absolutely amazing. All staff have been super friendly but I want to rave about how awesome Natali has been as she guided us step by step with finding the exact items my partner wanted; even adding pins and tags and monogramming items. I will happily shop here in the future and highly recommend working with Natali.

Terrible experience for my three minutes in the store. Came to get a new wallet and as I was looking at one, I took out my current, same brand wallet to compare. A salesperson walked by and said, “No stealing, sir,” in a serious tone. I glared back with an annoyed look and she said, “just joking,” giggled and walked away. I promptly put the wallet down and left the store. I was disgusted by that comment, will never patronize this store again, and recommend you don’t either.
