After a scheduling issue and waiting a week, then the technician not having the part, then waiting three more days, and a different technician showing up an hour late because they still weren't sure about the right part... everything got fixed and seems to be working. It was way cheaper to get it fixed than to buy a new one, but they didn't make it easy.
Damien was fast and efficient. It was clear he knew what he was doing. He also quoted me the proper price for the correct pump. However, the other tech didn't seem to know what was going on with pricing or parts. (C'mon man, drain pump not recirculating pump!)
Playing the telephone game through the office to the technicians probably isn't the most effective way to transmit information to customers or their technicians.
