Terrible service. I went in two get two things. The razors were locked up. There were many employees there yesterday around 2:30 and not many customers. I rang the bell three different time for them to come unlock them and nobody ever came over. Most of them were stocking shelves. Poor service. Won’t go back. Cannot recommend.

I usually go to a different pharmacy but this one offered the vaccines I needed. I was the only one there scheduled but ended up waiting several minutes while the staff were completely preoccupied and oblivious to my presence..another customer entered and they hollered at him to check in on his phone. By this time I left left without getting my Covid shot.

The NW 13th CVS is consistently well-stocked, clean, and staffed with courteous and professional employees. I always find what I need and get a great deal with Extra Bucks or the coupons and sales they offer.
