ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY SIMULTANEOUSLY THE SINGLE MOST DECREPIT STORE AND UNHELPFUL STAFF. EVEN THE MANAGER GAVE ME GRIEF - both about the store and the staff and ultimately making a complaint about the manager. CVS should just nuke this location. Poor UCLA students. CVS AND THIS COLLECTION OF LATINA MANAGERS ACT AS IF THEY HAVE A CAPTIVE MARKET. MIGHT BE TRUE HERE IN WESTWOOD BUT RARELY DOES MANAGEMENT STAFF TAKE ADVANTAGE AS THEY DO HERE

From the deepest parts of my heart: screw this pharmacy. I’ve never had a single good month of refills for my medications here, there are always problems one way or another. Anywhere from refills not being filled, prescriptions being deleted, prescriptions being modified without notification or not filled in correctly. All they want to do is get rid of their customers as fast as possible on a given day, no matter the consequences at the next pick-up. I have a chronic condition and need to pick up sensors every 20 days, however every time my doctor sends in a prescription, the people working there butcher it one way or another. I’ve even specifically asked them to fill it correctly so it works with insurance and has correct refill numbers, but low and behold next time i need a refill, the prescription is magically gone and I need to send in a new one…. I am very sick and tired of this place, they should really change “extra care” to “zero care” to better match their values.

Worth pharmacist (Elham) I have ever met, extremely rude, moody, unprofessional, hurts patients instead of making them comfortable. If she stays I am not coming here anymore.
