The pharmacy is super rude here. They don't really listen to you. They talk over you. They hang up on you. I understand that they are busy but towards having good phone etiquette and proper customer service, they are falling short by a mile. I'd give them half a star if that is possible.

I came in at 930 pm to the diamond bar location straight from the emergency room Saturday Nov 18th. I was promptly greeted by a younger man who had the misfortune of telling me that the entire area was out of the pain medication that i was prescribed. I asked what was I supposed to do and he offered to call the hospital for me to get the DR to change my prescription which he did. I fully understand that typically the pharmacy techs DO NOT have to do this for us and I just wanted to let him know that he is a life saver and I appreciated his help 100%. we don't typically use this location as there is one closer to home but we have NEVER has customer service at our local CVS as great as this young man provided. I wish that there was a corporate email that I could message to let them know the type of staff they have on their team

I don't know why I continue to come to this location. The people in pharmacy always seem like they're dazed ,& confused, never having my medicine. Not knowing when they'll get it, every time I come here! The employees in the rest of the store seems like they really hate they're job, & the customers too.
