Placed an order for a custom poster online with a coupon but when we picked it up, we were charged about double the original total. Realized that while we received the correct poster, the receipt we were given has a totally different customers name, phone number and other info on it. I called the other customer and let them know but seemingly I paid for their order? When I called whatever number is associated with customer complaints, the guy put me on hold probably 5 times, then said he would call me back, and never did. I called again to the main number and a very sweet person tried to help me out but had no idea what to do. It's creepy that I got this other person's info, it's weird that they could give us the correct order but not the correct price or customer associated with the order.
